Better insight to each device via discovery

False positives on alerts are difficult to remove

Alternatives Considered

PRTG Network Monitor

If you used these two products, you know the difference. It's too vast to explain here. PRTG does have its place in a network, but SolarWinds is the high bar in this space.

Likelihood to Recommend

SolarWinds Virtualization Manager is well suited for monitoring less appropriate for MAC-level work on individual devices. It's easier to use the CLI for these tasks.
