Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

In sales, we use spiffs on a daily basis and is critical for our commissions. We are able to securely and easily track what kind and how much of each product we sell and how much of a commission we will be receiving. We also use spiff as competitions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to reward a winner of a certain metric.

  • spiff definitely allows transparency between the employee, their manager, and payroll as to exactly how much one should get paid and for what reason.
  • spiff provides an incredible incentive that we see a nearly immediate reward from when it shows up on our dashboard - this incentive works in getting sellers to kick it up a notch
  • less time between manager and employee sorting through their deals and total commissions because it should all be on spiff - just do a quick check on there and that's all.
Super clean, organized, and easy to use format. nothing too confusing to navigate.
Lots of trusts! you can see exactly how many of each commission you have earned, and what day you will see that payout. rather than this info being behind a curtain, it's accessible for us to check at any time. collaboration definitely made it easier.

Spiff is perfect for sales because of the detailed way it tracks our commission and how we use it for rewards in selling competitions. If a company doesn't have the ability to use the extra money for sales competitions to give out extra money, then spiff may not be as useful. I'm also not sure how to apply this to other departments.
