Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
Spiff is great because it allows the sales team to view our commission numbers for validation, easily clarify comp plans, and review that paychecks are correct after they come out. I always know what to expect my check to be without having to run my own spreadsheet each month.
Pros
- Visibility
- Ease of use
- Calculate commission before payday
Cons
- No issues as an end user. Not sure about the technical capabilities for our tech users
- It takes a few days after a deal closes in our CRM before it appears in Spiff
- The tabs for navigation aren't perfectly clear and sometimes I have to click them all to find what I need
- Increased transparency on comp calculation
- Trust
- Decreased time spend reviewing and correcting paychecks
Spiff is the first technology I've used for this use case besides building out a spreadsheet. Spiff is better than a spreadsheet.
