We use Spiff to automate sales commission plans calculation. Being a startup with hyper-growth it is extremely important for us to meet the business needs of the company when we want to make sales commission calculations transparent, smooth, and reliable. We also make repostings based on the historical commission calculation stored in Spiff.

Cons
- Create templates for the plans, so that the admins can use them to build their own plans
- Allow managers to add new joiners with admins approvals
- Maybe it would be good if we could upload the changes for the bunch of users by uploading an excel file rather than making a change for every person
- When we started using Spiff we started paying commissions on a monthly basis. Before Spiff, it was once in two month
- Definitely increased transparency
