Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

I used it to see my quota, see my commissions, and see how I am doing overall but basically how much money I'm making.

Pros

  • I can see what I'm making in my current month
  • I can see what I made previously
  • I can YTD attainment

Cons

  • I'd like my specific compensation plan to be included in Spiff
  • It is a visual for me to know what I need to do in order to achieve my quota quarterly and annually

It allows me to see how I'm tracking and especially at month and quarter end, I can see how much more is needed. It does not include all my compensation metrics.
