Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
Spiff is used to calculate my team's commission for the quarter. It breaks it down by each individual sale, including how much you will get paid for that account and any additional kickers as well.

I always double-check my numbers in Spiff, but most of the time when something is incorrect, it was a mistake made on my team's end, not Spiff. It's easier to align with management when they just simply ask their team to check their numbers and confirm what Spiff is presenting is correct.
Spiff is the first commission tool I've used. At other companies, they would manually create spreadsheets that we needed to always make sure were right. And most of the time, they were not.
