Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop SOS
Splashtop SOS is being used in our business as a help desk for our I.T. clients. We can log into any one of their computers and servers for remote help. It saves our business tons of time and money by avoiding travel time to our customers. It also provides an instant look into what's going on and makes service calls the last resort.

- With the remote software, I can see both monitors

- Sometimes people are confused when it comes to accessing the Splashtop SOS website

- It's easier to solve simple issues that are hard to explain
- Sometimes the person whose computer you're trying to remote into has a hard time installing Splashtop SOS on their computer
- Team viewer is expensive
- Chrome Remote Desktop is hard to use at times, makes the screen smaller, and is hard to use on multi-user screens
- Windows Remote Desktop does not let you sign in as the local user
- Tight VNC is great for inside a network but difficult to set up outside of a network
