Sprinklr Social it is so easy to use that it's almost unbelievable. The learning curve is no steep at all, and with a few training sessions you can master the tool. The overall user interface is clean and intuitive, offering many ways to customize it and adapt it to your needs. I do really love Sprinklr Social and it's one of the best social media tools I've ever used.
