We moderate and reply to user comments and private messages, categorize by action needed, and occasionally use the tagging system
  • Simple, easy to use macro and action systems
  • Quick, simple-to-use, comprehensive search feature
  • Ability to filter pulled content
  • Being able to bulk-select content to action
  • There are times where applying an action won't automatically refresh a stream, making it seem as though the action didn't go through (but it did)

Yes

It's simple to learn and easy to use. Compared to other social media monitoring tools like it, it has less of a learning curve than most. Between the filters, macros, tagging, and ability to like or reply to posts, it seems pretty comprehensive. At the very least, it accomplishes everything that my organization uses it for.
I have never contacted Sprinklr support, so I cannot give this section a rating. Ignore how long this part of the review is, the rating system does not appreciate it being under 50 words. As an uninvolved party, it doesn't seem like any issues with Sprinklr have lasted a long time, so I assume that their support system is good at their job!
It seems to be very good for any type of social media moderation! I can't think of a specific scenario where it would be inappropriate to use
