  • Customer Service.

Cons

  • Social media reporting could be faster/ more up to date.
  • Website analytics could be included /like Google analytics
  • Queuing and scheduling posts could be differentiated better.
  • Facebook and Twitter likes increased
  • I was doing this for another company that we had partnered up with, hoping that it would generate some business in our company too. Didn't see that.
I found it easy to use, compared to Hootsuite. Reports were visually engaging and made it easy to understand for the eye. I do not spend much time on social media In company anymore but when I do, I'll definitely recommend signing up for it.
I already recommended it to a friend who owns an online jewelry company. She's currently looking into it. I think Sprout social's userfriendly aspect is definitely a win.
