Overall Satisfaction

  • Visually pleasing reports.
  • Easy scheduling and calendar planning.
  • Ability to divide profiles and users into groups--which was important for our company that is an umbrella to several brands.
  • Reporting could be more detailed--not able to really drill down into the nitty gritty.
  • Better integration with Google Analytics--again just a high level view.
  • Would be nice if Sprout would suggest best days/times to post based on page activity.
  • Made managing multiple profiles and platforms less time consuming for employees
  • Allowed us to print out visually pleasing high-level reports without having to create presentations for leadership.
  • Response Rate timer made us more aware of where we were lacking in customer service.
We have been fairly happy with sprout, but as our company grows and more social media staff joins our teams, we may elect to go with a more complex dashboard tool with enterprise level software. Sprout has been really great for the level we were at, but as we move forward it may not provide enough analysis.
How deep can I go with reporting tools? Do I need to ability to create multiple hierarchies in groups?
