Overall Satisfaction with Square 9 Softworks

Within government records requests are frequent. This program helps with the ease and quick turnaround for those. It also ensures that our permanent records will remain that, permanent.

  • Uploading documents
  • Ease of use
  • All around easy

Cons

  • I would like to see auto page advancement.
  • Helps save time so other work can be done
  • Answers at the fingertips instead of searching paper files
Quick response times.
Haven't used the accounts payable option yet, mainly for records retention.
Square 9 Softworks met the needs of what was needed.

As stated, my top is records management and its ease. When searching for a file and there are multiple pages, I would like the page to automatically switch to the next page.
