Overall Satisfaction with Square 9 Softworks

We use Square 9 Softworks in our organization for automating our accounting payment approval process. It has replaced paper-passing and physical inboxes with a digital format and easy, on-demand- access to documents in a virtual filing cabinet. We save many hours per month using the software, instead of relying on paper, which also gets lost. The system is secure and easy-to-use.

Our AP approval process is faster, meaning we can pay vendors faster. We don't waste time getting payment approvals and it is easy having multiple people check the document for accuracy once it's in our workflow. We avoid expensive payment mistakes, and in some cases, playing vendors quickly, allows us to benefit from quick payment discounts on those invoices.
Square 9 Softworks is very easy to setup, use, and maintain, when compared with SharePoint from Microsoft. Also, support is extremely easy to work with, more so than Microsoft. They are easy to reach, and easy to work with. Square 9 Softworks is a niche software company and a great easily accessible support staff. We use Microsoft for their other products, but document management is better for us with Square 9 Softworks.

Square 9 Softworks is well suited for any environment automating paper passing and approvals. It works really well for workflow scenarios where we need to pass virtual documents and provide alerts. The alerts are important because we don't need to think about the system unless someone starts a workflow process. And the workflow processes are very customizable and make it easy setting for rules to guide the document and it receives approvals and/or rejections.

Square 9 Softworks Support

Support is always extremely helpful and responsive. Whenever we have a question, it is simple contacting them and also setting-up an appointment, if necessary. Scheduling the appointment is easy and they are willing to talk on the phone, which is not always true with software companies. Their report support tools are also really east to use.
