Overall Satisfaction with Square 9 Softworks
I use Square 9 Softworks to capture and store documents as well as processing of incoming payments. I am able to organize information in the most useful way for my purposes. I can also edit, create notations, download, print or forward documents to colleagues. I find it most helpful for managing accounts receivable documents.

Unfortunately I am not aware of any specific methods our company has used to quantify the time saved by using Square 9 Softworks for document management, but this is a good idea to do as I am certain results would show a positive impact on efficiency, organization and time saved searching archives.
I have used Square 9 Softworks to automate the delivery of accounts receivable information, which is then organized by type of payment. It securely stores client information that can be called upon easily at any time. Its helpful for reissuing receipts, and creating processes for staff to follow. This has helped me stay on top of orders with ease, ensuring all necessary info is captured.
I like the Square 9 Softworks platform because it is simple to use and visually simple.
