Overall Satisfaction with Squarespace

My organization uses Squarespace to host its employee handbook, with information on the code of conduct, etiquette, and role expectations. Employees can log in to view the document.
  • Attractive visual interface for site building
  • Fully responsive templates that adjust seamlessly to mobile
  • Easy to create a website with little to no technical expertise
  • Does not support OAuth2 for federated access; this would be an extremely useful feature for company internal websites or reducing sign-up friction
  • Personal plan is quite pricy and limited
  • Templates have limited customisability
  • It has allowed us to get a company handbook up quickly and easily
  • The sleek template used for the handbook is attractive and easy to read
Squarespace would probably be very suitable for small businesses looking to set up an online store easily and with minimal hassle. For a larger company, it depends on the degree of personalization that would go into the website. If you want your site design to stand out and have a very specific vision for your brand, then Squarespace templates might give you some trouble.
