Overall Satisfaction with SurePayroll

We are a user of Payroll for over 4 years. This is the 1st time have I really needed support and the service is horrible I have had a case since April 1, 2022, and today May 6, 2022, 25 BUSINESS DAYS, and they are unable to locate where the funds are. The waiting time for a representative is being from 1 hour up to 3 hours. The "Award Winning Customers Service Team" is only good at giving apologies.

  • make you wait for extended periods of time on hold
  • making you feel frustrated because nobody can resolve your issue
  • Customer service
  • should assign a case to a specific representative and not everybody does everything
  • should have a feature to speak to specific customer service rep
  • get the employees paid
  • cannot give and opinion on that this is irrelevant to my business
