Overall Satisfaction

Pros

  • Provides the ability for both simple and complex surveys
  • Gives a lot of options as to how the questions can be answered
  • Has a database of pop up questions that are helpful when formulating the questions

Cons

  • Kept creating new draft messages for the email collector
  • Not relevant
I haven't tried other survey tools and would like to see try other products before using Survey Monkey again.
Great for any type of simple survey that you want to send out quickly.
