  • Easy to add questions of all different types, including multiple choice and rating scales.
  • Very easy to rearrange survey on the fly, moving questions around in order to optimize survey for drop offs.
  • Multiple options available to capture and analyze results.
  • Rating scale questions can sometimes be cumbersome to set up, especially when requiring rating each available choice in order from 1-5.
  • Easy to implement fast surveys on the fly, for quick measurement from customer base. I have added survey links to email blasts to current customers and had feedback along with results from the eblast, adding to the detail of feedback I can get from one campaign.
  • Post training session surveys help our trainers to fine tune their content for future sessions.
Surveymonkey is very easy to use and get started with for free. Some of the cumbersome issues of the rating scale and requiring one answer for each choice came out in later, more complex surveys I deployed, so for the initial user this may not be an issue ever.
