Overall Satisfaction with SurveyMonkey

We used SurveyMonkey to get some basic responses to find out how post-COVID our customers viewed Opening Hours.
  • Creating Surveys that are clear and simple.
  • Presenting results.
  • Simple links for customers to use.
  • Poor billing and membership plan description.
  • Deceptive business practices, charging for services not used.
  • Customer service providing confused and contradictory responses.
  • Ignoring customers when they don't like the situation.
  • Don't follow requests to turn off auto billing.
  • Dispute EU customer law, even when their own site states it correctly.
  • Website is deliberately difficult to navigate around billing/accounts and pricing.
  • Negative ROI.
  • Caused hours of extra effort and hassle with changing terms.
  • Billed for items didn't use or want.
  • Deliberately restrictive practices which aren't explained prior to signup.
I wouldn't recommend any company that needs to create a billing and membership system that is difficult to understand, nearly impossible to navigate and deliberately sends you offsite to find things.
