We mainly use SurveyMonkey throughout the organization to carry out surveys where everyone participates and contributes their personal opinion on various issues that concern us in general, regarding the organization of work and commercial plans. With surveys, we revolutionize the way we collect information, it is now more effective, speeding up data collection and processing. Now with the COVID-19, we can do remote work and be able to follow up on employee and customer feedback.
- It is fairly affordable with respect to the features it offers.
- I can create as many survey quantities as I want without limitations.
- It also provides a wide variety of tools to configure and customize forms, with several languages available, predesigned templates and different text formats that make the experience more comfortable.
