Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use SurveyMonkey when we have an event/ topic that we need feedback on. We send the survey to the whole office in an extremely quick, simple, and efficient matter. We use it to receive feedback from our whole company and it collect data immediately and reports back to the creator of the survey.

Alternatives Considered

Google Forms

We use Google Forms for giving shout outs at the beginning of each work week- I can't do a true comparison of Google Forms and SurveyMonkey because we use the products for two different purposes, but in general, I feel that SurveyMonkey is a better platform and also has more personalization features that can make it the right fit for whatever you need it for.

Likelihood to Recommend

SurveyMonkey is great for when you need feedback from a large audience (our company is about 30 people) and you want feedback in a simple, quick, and easy way. It's very easy to use (you don't need to be super tech-savvy to understand how to use it) and you get answers immediately. We wouldn't use SurveyMonkey for something that requires more in-depth answers or when we want our employees' answers to remain confidential.
