Overall Satisfaction with SurveyMonkey
We use SurveyMonkey when we have an event/ topic that we need feedback on. We send the survey to the whole office in an extremely quick, simple, and efficient matter. We use it to receive feedback from our whole company and it collect data immediately and reports back to the creator of the survey.
- User friendly
- Simplicity/interface
- It's a simple layout - not necessarily the most complex
- Not the most 'professional'
- SurveyMonkey allows us to receive feedback (and use that feedback to better our practices).
- Increases employee engagement by allowing us to reach out to our employees and receive feedback in an easy way.
We use Google Forms for giving shout outs at the beginning of each work week- I can't do a true comparison of Google Forms and SurveyMonkey because we use the products for two different purposes, but in general, I feel that SurveyMonkey is a better platform and also has more personalization features that can make it the right fit for whatever you need it for.
