Overall Satisfaction with Symantec VIP Access Manager

It is being used throughout the whole organization. It solves the need to securely access the organization's systems.
  • Fast to load
  • Can easily copy the code
  • Can be easily installed on multiple devices
  • I would like to see better integration. Right now, you have to copy the code and paste it into the login box. The program should be able to automatically detect the token and log you in.
  • It is a hassle to add new tokens. You need to know a token for a current device before adding a new one, and you may not have access to a current device depending on the situation.
  • I do not have insight into the ROI numbers and impact on business objectives.
Well suited for enterprise platforms where you can integrate all your company's logins with VIP Access. It is well suited for organizations with many employees, as this provides a digital, secure way to access data. It is less appropriate for small businesses.
