We use it to maintain the visitor profiles and know their behavior to provide personalized experience on the site. Having all visitor information in one place to refer to helps address the issue business problem where we have several platforms for customers to interact with your product.

  • We are still in explore state so more to come on that

They are very prompt in responding & providing any support during explore.
