Overall Satisfaction with Tealium iQ Tag Management System

We support our clients that use this software.

Pros

  • Correctly categorizes the main functions of the system.
  • Provides the key value of abstraction.

Cons

  • I don't see any mobile/tablet support for the iQ. It would be great to see a subset of the features available on other devices.
  • The UI relies a little too heavily on popups.
  • Our customers value this product.
This is the first product I've seen that abstracts the definitions of all tags.
I don't know the costs of this project, but if the company doesn't have the budget, analytics might need to be introduced into the organization before using this. But then I'm sure this would prove its value very quickly.
