Overall Satisfaction with Team Messengr
Goodbye Microsoft, hello freedom. We use this to do team collaboration with our fully remote team. Sharing files, images, videos and statuses on projects are much easier now that we're using this. We are currently using it on our marketing team but likely will roll out to the entire organization as we were the test group to first ensure its features.
Pros
- Mobile integration is great
- Great UX makes it easy to organize conversations and projects
- Pricing is better than Slack and others.
Cons
- Dark mode would be great
- Voice calls are good but have some lag issues
- Customer service is slow

- Not sure yet but pricing is cheaper for us so there are cost savings
- Team satisfaction is up
- I'm happier to know our business is willing to change from Microsoft to this.
Great price, great UI, and isn't owned by the evil overlords at Google and Microsoft, etc. Easy to setup and migrate our team to and we were up and running in a single day.
