We use Teamcenter to manage product data, engineering changes, and design collaboration. It helps reduce manual errors, speeds up approvals, and improves version control across teams. Our scope includes CAD management, BOM handling, and workflow automation.

In our experience, the user interface can feel cluttered and slow, especially for new users.
I think search performance and filtering options could be faster and more intuitive.

Teamcenter is well suited for managing large, complex engineering projects where multiple teams need controlled access to shared product data. It’s excellent for CAD integration, change management, and BOM tracking. However, I think it’s less appropriate for smaller companies with limited IT resources or teams that don’t need heavy configuration and workflow management.
