Overall Satisfaction

TeamViewer is used by our organization to provide local support and remote support for users across our several locations. It is currently used by the IT department and the managed services department so that they can better assist clients efficiently and in a timely manner. It helps us quickly provide help and support to clients who we cannot get to quickly by transportation means.
  • TeamViewer will allow you to effortlessly transfer files to and from devices, making troubleshooting a breeze.
  • Using a simple 9-digit code and a password, you can easily connect to another device while still making sure there is security involved.
  • There is a free version if you cannot afford to buy the full version!
  • I'd like to see the ability to for users who did not create the group in the cloud management system be able to enable editing of computer entries. This has been known to be difficult.
  • It has allowed me to multi-task getting users helped and configured while at the same time handling other daily tasks. The ability to keep tabs and communicate with the users or clients has been wonderful.
If it isn't broken, then no need to change. It does it's job very well.
It is definitely well suited for Help Desk environments or for sharing presentations.
