Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

Teamviewer is being used by support engineers and 3rd party vendors to collaborate on working on projects from remote locations. It helps reduce travel costs as people can work from anywhere as long as they have a good internet connections.

Pros

  • It's very easy to use
  • Is very light on computer resources

Cons

  • None at the moment
  • Managed to reduce travel costs significantly by 40%
It's well suited when one needs to work from a remote location without being physically present where the system is housed.
