Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

TeamViewer is a big part of our organization. We use this as an easy go-to program to be able to remote into computers and also provide training to our customers. This program is used by everyone in our organization and has been great for solving complex network issues remotely.

We looked at a few free sharing applications and also a few paid ones and this one was the best for the buck. We did a 30-day trial to start and then purchased it once we saw the value of the program. We use it every day in most troubleshooting cases and also in our installation of our products.
This item is well suited for anyone who needs to collaborate with remote people. This will allow you to screen share to mutiple people or do remote desktop sharing if you need to check some settings on the computer. The scenario where this hurts is when you need to remote into mutiple peoples' computer.
