Overall Satisfaction with Telligent Community
Telligent Community is being used across the organization for a variety of purposes. Instead of having siloed SharePoint sites we used Telligent to store all archived and current documents. It was great to be able to search across departments for documents, files, or threads for information.

- Being able to using easy navigation along with the ability to search the entire site allows us to serve our customers very effectively.
