Overall Satisfaction with Telligent Community

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Telligent Community is being used across the organization for a variety of purposes. Instead of having siloed SharePoint sites we used Telligent to store all archived and current documents. It was great to be able to search across departments for documents, files, or threads for information.

The ability to customize a layout and save it for future use

Being able to using easy navigation along with the ability to search the entire site allows us to serve our customers very effectively.

Likelihood to Renew

I am not part of this decision making process, but I did provide positive feedback to the decision making board.

Likelihood to Recommend

I think that Telligent Community scales well across multiple organization sizes and can fill many different needs.
