- ROI for one set of testing has been high, we haven't realized it yet for all of our automation
- Automation cannot always be done quickly, this isn't because of the tool but it is the expectation always and it just is not the case

TestComplete is a robust test automation tool and not for someone who expects to just record and playback. This can be done with [TestComplete], but the strength of the tool is the ability to code complex actions and capturing of objects. The reporting of results is also excellent with [TestComplete], and with the ability to customize the result comments.
