Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

We use it to communicate to employees on schedule changes, line closures, inclement weather and other fun stuff like surveys.

  • Love that end users can reply

Cons

  • Show more details if there is a failed message
  • Mass Communication
  • Ease of product
  • We have spent less money on guaranteed pay for employees coming in when not needed.
  • Able to communicate with employees ahead of time when issues arise
  • Get feedback by sending links to surveys
