The Text-Em-All product created an opportunity to engage with employees, families, and residents. The product is easy to use and send messages for quick communication.

Pros

  • Creates grouping of individuals for mass text ease
  • Provides a platform for employees and visitors to respond to disseminated information
  • Creates reports/ records of communication sent and received

Cons

  • The grouping required an entry into the designated area, it would be nice if there was a way to categorize more efficiently
  • Ease of mass communication via text
  • Ease of receiving correspondence to the mass text
  • A higher response rate to communications
  • Savings in payroll for the decreased time in generating mass communications and record keeping
