Convenient way to collect outstanding balances.
Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All
we use Text-Em-All each week to send calls trying to collect outstanding payments for childcare. We generally send between one to two calls per week. This helps to collect balances. It is a time saver as we can send out automatic recorded call to the masses verses calling each participant individually.

- Would be nice if Text-Em-All had voice service that we could speak into rather than type or copy our information.
- We can send out a reminder call
- We can pre set the call to go out at a later time
- You can track how many listened to call
- We have been able to collect outstanding balances on account before they go to collections
- After receiving the call, our participants can pay their outstanding payment online instead of waiting for a call from a staff member.
I like the service and do not have a need to look for a different source.
