Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

I use this product for communicating with our staff and our overall families and those connected to our mission. We are able to leverage the product to assist in keeping everyone our parishioners, our partners and our patrons informed at all levels. The pandemic has afforded us the opportunity to become a globally engaged digital hub and we leverage this product in the fulfillment of our corporate mission which always starts with our purpose, our passion and our people.

Pros

  • Communicating with others
  • Scaling teams and leveraging data to segmented markets
  • It’s extremely efficient in correspondence.
  • It’s an easily used interface system that enables others to use it responsibly in the organization.

Cons

  • I’d like to see the mobile become better improved. It is not bad but it could be better.
  • I think having a better improved mobile app where you can also send images would be greatly helpful.
  • Building technology to leverage communicate is easier.
  • Texting campaign

  • Phone calls and scheduled messaging.
  • Definitely need to do better with key word texting.
  • Quick responses for texts.
  • Shorter responses for calls.
Because during the pandemic I used another company and they didn’t communicate with me properly and stopped us from communicating with their platform because of a misperceived issue on them not us. I immediately came to this product because of how professionalism and excellence was achieved in this platform.

The Text-Em-All platform is well suited for segment your contacts and data. For example we have a lot of people who are in our mainframe but we can create smaller subgroups to communicate with each department and demographic of our data which is excellent for connecting with others. The groups feature is ingenious and it enables you to track who’s receiving what communication which works for me.
