Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

Text-Em-All allows me to send a quick message to a smaller population without any setup that would be required in a larger CRM.

Pros

  • Step-by-step guided processes
  • Just the right number of options and solutions
  • Easy to schedule
  • Easy to follow-up on replies
  • Easy to upload populations
  • Fast

Cons

  • I wish there was a better way to organize, file, and create folders for different projects and populations.
  • I would appreciate the ability for auto-replies to questions being asked in a survey.
  • Once in a great while (rarely) the cut-and-paste option for a large number of phone numbers gets "stuck."
  • Low cost
  • Easy setup
  • Fast to send a message
  • Simple interface
  • Definitely, time savings when reaching out to large groups of contacts.
  • You can get a message out very quickly with not a lot of effort.
  • I like being able to save templates for future use.
Text-Em-All is less expensive when sending limited numbers of texts. It is easier to setup, easier to schedule, easier to reply, and easier to maintain.

Text-Em-All is great for one-off messages (either scheduled ahead or in an emergency). This is not a CRM and should not be used for an extensive messaging campaign, but it does exactly what it needs to do. It makes messaging easy and fast and also makes it easy to reply if needed.
