Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All
We use this service to reach and inform all our congregants about events, changes in schedule, cancellations, and needs in our community. I use it daily to reach out to many who do not text, email, or have any social media presence. This affords me a quick and effective way to contact nearly a 100 people in a matter of minutes. The voicemail feature ensures everyone eventually gets our message. The feed back on the website allows me to see when a number is out of service or when one of my members is having trouble getting the messages. I love this service and have recommended it to many other pastors for this use.
Pros
- Use it anywhere I have phone service at anytime. Always accessible.
- It gives great feedback on the completion or incompletion of calls.
- The text feature allows us to use it for our younger members.
Cons
- Honestly, there are no points of critique but just to keep it running and upgraded to work effectively.
- We function better because of it.
- Affordable
- Versatile
- Dependable
- Community between our members has grown dramatically.
- News is received earlier which allows more proactive efforts to help.
- Communication in a non-urban, non-social media environment takes place well.
All social media platforms and texting apps do not guarantee the connectivity I get with Callemall.
