I use them for Recruiting purposes as well as internal communication to our employees.

I actually prefer Sense as it allows me to change the # I am texting from to show as my own number and it has a more user friendly platform however since we are a smaller company Text-Em-All was more cost effective.

Larger companies that would like the flexibility of sending text broadcast quickly and efficiently. Where employees prefer method of contact is face to face vs text/email or call.
