Text-Em-All for voice calls
Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All
We utilize it for mass voice calls to our contingent workforce. We utilize it for informational contact such as plant shut downs for a shift as well as for reaching out with job opportunities they are qualified for.
Pros
- Reporting on usage - how many voicemails, how many answered
- Customizing the setting per company location
- Easy of adding new access for users
Cons
- For our enterprise sized company the leadership is looking for flat fee pricing not per usage that is hard to manage.
- Saves a lot of time when reaching out to large audiences
We do not use it for texting because we use Sense as they have journeys that can be planned out ahead of time and linked to our ATS to kick of based on certain triggers.
