Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

Primarily, we use Text-Em-All as a means of reaching parents of children involved in our sports programs. We also use Text-Em-All to communicate with our employees at our seasonal water park.
Text-Em-All is perfect for our needs of communicating with a large group of people in a short amount of time. When we have registrations for our sports programs, we are able to get that word out to anyone who has participated with us in the past. Also, when we have to make schedule changes due to weather, etc., Text-Em-All is the easiest, fastest, and most economical way to communicate those messages.

Pros

  • Sending text messages to a large group in a short amount of time
  • Making a large number of phone calls in a short amount of time
  • Ease of setting up a broadcast and selecting to whom messages will be delivered

Cons

  • So far, we have not found anything that doesn't work as it should.
  • Ease of importing contacts
  • Ease of creating and sending a broadcast
  • Peace of mind knowing that the messages will be delivered in a timely manner
  • Text-Em-All is easier to use and more cost effective that other providers we've used in the past
  • So much easier than depending on a phone tree or multiple group text messages
We previously used a similar product, but Text-Em-All far surpasses our previous provider in ease of use, contact management, and cost.

We recently had a storm enter our area about an hour before scheduled baseball and softball games were to be played. In the past, we had to rely on word-of-mouth and our local radio station to get the message out that games were canceled. With Text-Em-All, we were able to get that message out via text and phone calls in about five minutes.
