Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

I am a early learning.
Child care facility. I use this platform to send out communication to my staff and parents. I have well over a hundred children that attend my facility. I simply love the fact that this platform. Let's you know whether or not you have delivered the message to a bad number. And it even tells you which number opt out of the broadcast. Out of all the other platforms that are available, this is one that has met and superseded all of my expectations

Cons

  • The ability to use graphics
  • Sending out communication as often as you need for one monthly price
  • The ability to reach all my parents at the same time
Never needed to use support because the app is wonderful
I never went to another product. When I Goggle the information, Text em.all got my eye

I needed to remind parents that copays for child care. I sent a broadcast and the parents received the information. I had no problems collecting.
