Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

We are a volunteer, non-profit neighborhood association that uses Text-Em-All to communicate with all the residents in our neighborhood. We have used Text-Em-All for many years, and it is the preferred way that we get out vital information, neighborhood news, and emergency alerts to the people in our neighborhood.

  • A complete report of those who received text.

Cons

  • Some texts are labeled as spam.
  • We have had to switch numbers several times to prevent spam.
  • Using the call feature is a little more difficult.
  • Quick distribution of texts to a large group of people.
  • Affordable price.
  • Good customer service.
  • Improved delivery rate.
  • Confirmation that people are receiving the texts.
  • Time savings in contacting everyone in our neighborhood.
We have used the Chat feature at Text-Em-All on multiple occasions when we have had issues with spamming or other technical problems. The Chat feature has been very easy to use and has usually resulted in a quick solution. The customer service we have received has been personable and helpful.

We use Text-Em-All to get out important information and emergency alerts quickly to everyone in our neighborhood. In that scenario, it is very useful and perhaps the best tool out there. If we had to use Text-Em-All on a regular basis to communicate basic information to a large group of people then I am not sure that it would be as useful.
