Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

Our clinic uses Text-Em-All to communicate with candidates and employees. It's helpful when needing to get a message out to our employees as most seem to communicate best through text message. We recently had a need to get a message out about a local financial institution making changes to account numbers that affected some of our employees. We got the message out through Text-Em-All and a good majority were able to provide the additional information that was necessary.

  • Increase the number of characters allowed for broadcast
  • Adding the ability to send a link in a text would be awesome
  • Creating broadcasts to reach a large group of people
  • Text messages that are retained in one platform
  • The ability to Mass, Group and Individually text out from one number
  • A huge time saver versus traditional texting
  • We have seen a significant increase to our response rates since implementing Text-Em-All

Text-Em-All is a great platform for texting our employees and candidates from one general number. The ability to mass text, group text and individually text from one platform is super convenient. We are able to pick up the conversation where it left off if the employee who started the conversation is out for the day. That's not possible through a cell phone plus all the conversation threads are retained. This is helpful when needing to re-iterate a stated wage for a candidate or when an employee might have missed a communication regarding an approaching deadline. I would definitely recommend Text-Em-All to any company who has a need to improve communications.
