Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

With over 3000 Associates, who have schedule changes often. We use text em all to remind them to check their work app and see their updated schedule. We also use it if we have another type of announcement that will affect all employees.

Pros

  • Easy to use
  • efficient
  • fast way to communicate to a large population.

Cons

  • I really don't have any, I'm happy with the service.
  • Ease of use.
  • late night help if we run into a problem
  • When we have not used text em all, this has caused many employees to miss their shift costing 100's of thousands $$$ in lost revenue.
We were accidentally locked out of the site late at night and I was able to speak to someone and have our password reset.

We don't want to bombard our employees with texts (as it will lose its importance) so we only use it for schedule changes and big announcements.
