Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

I used Text-Em-All during the height of the COVID pandemic to notify all of my residents' families of any COVID updates affecting the facility. Before I found this service, I was calling all 100 families individually and that took all day. This service was a huge timesaver for my company. I was able to call all of my families in a matter of minutes. Thank you so much!
