Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

I work at a MLB Stadium for the St. Louis Cardinals. Our schedules change last minute sometimes, we have breaks in-between and need to send reminders. I also use it to communicate with groups of crews, individuals, and send out any new communications that they need to be aware of, example: We had pay cards switch companies so had to be sure all received the information.

This tool has been a lifesaver. I personally have never had any issues.
One suggestion or request would be that the body of the text could have more characters. But I manage. :)
  • allow wide communication in one text
  • allows me to communicate individually
  • When we have last minute changes, Test Em All is crucial to get info out FAST
  • more characters to type in body of message
  • Mass communication in ONE text
  • That I can create groups e.i. Event Crew, Restroom Crew, Suite Crew, etc
  • Avoid tons of calls or receiving tons of calls
  • This tool keeps us staffed
  • This tool assists in making sure we have the labor needed for shift
  • Our teams like the information and return communication through the text
1)When we have positions open, team can communicate with potential referrals or consider a new position within themselves
2) When there is a delay in game or cancelled completely, this means of communication serves to be our best tool to get the word out

Yes

Did implementation of Text-Em-All go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Text-Em-All again?

Our stadium is outdoor, and sometimes if the game is delayed or cancelled I can reach all the appropriate employees in a timely matter so they know their start time is different than originally scheduled.

I honestly, have zero less appropriate scenarios.
