Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

We use text-em throughout the day to communicate with our applicants, employees, and customers. Text-em allows us to relay important information, such as assignment information and simplifies the process for employees when sending in documentation or information. Employees can send via screenshot.

  • Templates on the app.
  • Ability to add multiple contacts on the app.
  • Text messages recorded in our ATS promptly.
  • Ability to communicate through multiple channels.
  • Delivery rates.
Our last provider was costly for what we needed. We need the ability to text, and that's it. The sense was challenging to navigate; I had to sign a one-year contract and pay thousands upfront. Text-em-all has been the best thing.
