Text-Em-All was a life saver for my community.
Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All
I use Text-Em-All to alert the 500-plus residents of any ongoing alerts, notices, or emergencies. Before, I would have to try and either individually call everyone, go around and hand deliver notices, or post one paper on the community board. It would take forever and was not efficient. Using Text-Em-All has made it so much easier and more convenient to get messages out to the residents. It's also nice for the residents to text me back. It makes communication with management (I) and the residents quicker and easier.
Pros
- Allows phone calls and text messages.
- Gives records of call made, voicemails left, etc.
- Can make scheduled calls to go out.
Cons
- Sometimes, the message gets cut off while recording.
- I'm not sure if there is an app, but that would be convenient.
- If we have one number to always call and have the same pin to be able to make calls away from the website.
- The ease of making and sending out a call
- The ability to schedule multiple broadcasts.
- The ability to text my contacts.
- Eliminates hours I had to waste to hand deliver/individually call residents.
