Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

We use Text-Em-All to communicate internally with our employees. We were using a system where everyone needed to be involved to reach every employee when the school had a snow day. Now, Text-em-All seems like a great solution to replace the old system.

Pros

  • The console is pretty user friendly.
  • The price is great.
  • There are many options for communication.

Cons

  • The phone number registration. I would need more help understanding how to choose the phone number that will be used to send texts to our employees.
  • Would like the console to be in french.
  • Works well( every text gets delivered).
  • Not expensive.
  • Easy to set up the company contacts.
  • So far, happier employees because they have less work to do.
  • Administration is happy with the cost.
  • The manager of this solution ( me) is happy with how easy it is.
Support is great and very responsive. However, on my first communication the reply I received finished with «what other questions do you have?» and nothing else, in my opinion, not having a lot of welcoming words during a first reply to an inquiry, could be a deal breaker for some. It wasn't for me though so I'm still giving 8/10.
It's very expensive, there's no free trial, and it's not very user-friendly. We almost registered with them, but thank god we found text-em-all.

It is very easy to use and set up, I like the interface of the admin console also. Many options.
