My company use Okta to manage single-sign on and identify management for our entire 500 person company. This helps us maintain secure logins, prevent unsafe passwords, and more. This also helps our IT team manage permissions for our employees.

- Connect to secure two-factor authentication (2FA)
- Require fewer logins throughout the workday – I'd like Okta to remember users' identities for at least 24 hours after login.
- Contemporary design – the login screens look outdated but function well.
- Reduced manual IT tasks by helping users login to more services on their own.
- Decreased time for IT to manage new user licenses for new employees.
We use dozens of services and apps across our company. Okta helps us manage these from one place, making the provisioning process faster and simpler than before we used it.
I know Okta's customer service is available, but we have not needed to contact them. Okta has been easy enough for us to launch without their support. We use their Help articles to troubleshoot.

We evaluated Ping. We were able to secure a pricing package for Okta that aligned with our Accounting team's needs. Other services lacked features, or were too embedded in other ecosystems like Microsoft.
